Two shaped end seats carry the laptop. Its lid leans 5° onto soft liners on the plenum wall. A continuous low lip guides the underside edge. The loading end stays open, and the intake stays clear.

Fans belong inside the body.
The pocket walls enclose the fan frames. Grilles slide down into open-top rails to retain the fans. Cable leads lay into edge notches before the bottom covers close. The 120 × 120 × 25 mm frames grow outward, preserving the inlet space behind them and the 18° upward discharge.

Printed push pins retain the plug cap. Large printed hand threads clamp the floors and joining keys, and adjust the breakaway preload. The chassis stop stays fixed when the cassette folds away.
