D9 P5 Codex cleanup. This viewer is generated from the current 50-part installed CAD. It shows the bonded shell shiplaps, consolidated contact cassettes, two-piece centre splice and the polar plug positioner on its Ø50 large-shaft face clamp with the leaf-lobe spatula and flat-clamping carrier. Standard steel wire guards and their eight M4 screws are purchased hardware and are not modeled. Geometry and Orca toolpath checks pass. Review slices are regenerated; bonded-seam sealing, flexible-bumper material and physical qualification remain open.

INSPECT THE DESIGN

Two R7 frame ends and the centre fork carry the laptop on removable H cassettes. Each plenum closes with a 20 mm bonded scalloped shiplap. The plug end uses a fixed 30 × 40 mm receiver carrying a stationary shoulder with a hollow 50 mm shaft, offset 25 mm lidward so the arm can reach the USB-C port. The arm’s 70 mm base disc turns on the smooth journal and a knurled 72 mm nut on an outboard 47 × 3 mm printed thread clamps it and a leaf-lobe cam spatula against the shoulder through a keyed washer; a telescoping arm sets reach and a cranked rotor holds the plug boot and trims roll. Loosen all three clamp stages, plug in, let the laptop locate the linkage, then tighten. A separate adjustable soft-tip screw stops laptop travel before the connector bottoms out.

Three H cassettes.

The seat and fence at each cradle end are fused by a 4 mm bridge and locked with the existing transverse pin. A narrow matching cassette drops into the centre fork. All three raise the laptop contact 2 mm; the centre uses the short exit-side fence.

02 / AIRFLOW

Clear air chambers.

The old seam bosses and internal pins are gone. Complementary inner and outer tongues make a continuous 20 mm epoxy joint, with three shallow wall-only scallops for registration and a recessed air-side land for the final wipe.

03 / STRUCTURE

Structure where needed.

The centre foot and fork remain integral with the laptop-side splice ring to prevent sag. Alternating M1/M2 flanges still capture both plenums. Printed fan grilles are gone; standard wire guards preserve airflow and make each fan independently serviceable.
